| | From fossil bones to flying machines, much of Queensland's scientific knowledge and cultural heritage is preserved in the 10 million items held in the collections of the Queensland Museum.
A visit to any campus is an exciting mix of hands-on involvement, quiet enjoyment, interactive instruction and contemplative study - whatever age the visitor may be.
The Museum's achievements in geosciences, terrestrial and marine zoology, cultures and history, maritime archeaology and science and technology are world-class.
The Queensland Museum Foundation is your opportunity to see these achievements soar out of their chrysalises and into the light of renewed public excitement.

| | The Queensland Museum Foundation is currently conducting a major campaign to secure funds for the development of the National Carriage Factory at the Cobb+Co Museum in Toowoomba.
This unique concept will preserve forever the traditional heritage trades that created the legend of Cobb & Co. Here, new generations will be able to learn the old trades before they are forgotten forever. Stories, skills and knowledge can be passed on from the hands of one generation to the hands of another, and hsitory can once again become a living thing.
